At Della Terry Design and M-T Saddle Shop, every item is made with care right here in our saddle shop in McLoud, Oklahoma. Each piece is crafted by hand, which means no two are ever exactly alike — and that’s part of what makes them special.
We want every customer to be completely happy with their order. Below you’ll find details about our shipping and return policies so you’ll know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Ready-made items ship within 3 business days of your order.
Custom and made-to-order items ship within 3 business days of completion.
If your order includes both ready-made and custom pieces, they may ship separately to avoid delay.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your package.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States and do not offer international shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our shop, it’s in the hands of the carrier. While delays are rare, we can’t be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your tracking information shows a delay or delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Of course, we’ll do our best to help if you need assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Return Policy
Custom and Personalized Orders
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
Before we begin a custom order, we’ll confirm all details (such as design, color, and measurements) so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
Eligible Returns
Returns for non-custom items are considered on an individual basis and must be approved in advance.
To request a return:
Contact us at [your email address] within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, item name, and reason for the return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Include all tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable)
Be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return authorization
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping costs). Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and inspect every piece before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery, and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Final Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
